My Nanna's Cook Book
Traditional Homestyle Recipes
About This Book
The recipes in this book go back at least five generations to the 1840's.
Our mothers and grandmothers kept the written recipes handed down from their mothers and grandmothers.
Most of us remember our grandmothers as wonderful cooks. In the bush, they had to be. Many of them worked on big stations, cooking for a lot of hungry, hard-working men. To hold their position, the women had to be able to cook well.
This book has good basic recipes, simple and easy to follow.
